Bánh bao chỉ nhân đậu xanh là món bánh ngon dễ làm từ gạo nếp, thích hợp nhâm nhi ăn chơi hoặc làm món ăn sáng đều tuyệt. Cách gói bánh bao chỉ đậu xanh: Trải tấm nilon ra, phết một lớp dầu ăn thật mỏng, trải bột nếp lên, rồi cho viên đậu xanh vào giữa. Vo bột lại thành viên tròn. Lăn qua phần dừa nạo còn lại để tạo lớp áo chống dính là hoàn tất. Làm tương tự cho đến hết nguyên liệu.
