Cho 600gr bột mì, 6gr men nở, 1 quả trứng, 280gr nước, 48gr đường vào âu trộn đều thành khối bột dẻo mịn. Thêm 12gr muối và 40gr dầu ăn vào nhào đều sau đó ủ bột nở gấp đôi.
Bột nở lấy bột ra nhào qua rồi chia thành 4 phần bằng nhau. Cán từng phần bột thành hình tròn sao cho vừa khuôn nướng. Quét một lớp dầu ăn lên khuôn để chống dính. Đặt tấm bột đã cán vào khuôn. Dùng nĩa xâm đều trên bề mặt bánh.
Dùng bình xịt phun nước lên bề mặt bánh để tạo độ ẩm. Cho khay bánh vào lò nướng ủ lần 2 cho bánh nở gấp rưỡi. Trong quá trình ủ bạn xịt nước thường xuyên. Nướng bánh ở 160 độ C trong khoảng 15 phút hoặc cho đến khi bánh chín vàng là được.
