Đun sôi nồi nước cho bông cải xanh vào chần 30 giây. Sau đó cho tiếp nấm đông cô vào, đun tiếp khoảng 2 phút thì vớt ra để riêng.
Phi thơm tỏi với 2 muỗng canh dầu, cho thịt heo vào đảo đều cho thịt chín săn lại. Tiếp đến cho vào: bông cải xanh, nấm đông cô, cà rốt. Nêm muối và hạt nêm cho vừa miệng. Xào lửa vừa trong khoảng 1 phút cho ngấm gia vị thì tắt bếp.
