I'm VERY happy with this bamboo wind chime and the customer service. The sound is warm and earthy, and I'm enjoying it right now in a very light breeze. Bamboo and coconut are natural, so do expect "character." The floral design has a depth to the overall natural color and looks great with the coconut shell.
