Đặt chảo lên bếp với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn sau đó cho hành, tỏi băm vào phi cho thơm rồi trút tất cả sườn vừa chiên vào, đổ bát nước sốt vào cùng rồi đảo đều, xào cho sườn ngấm gia vị. Thêm 1 chút nước, xào cho sườn mềm, thấm đẫm gia vị. Khi sườn chuyển màu vàng ươm thì tắt bếp.
