Hủ tiếu các bạn cho vào nồi nấu cho chín, mềm rồi vớt ra xả với nước lạnh (để ăn sẽ ngon hơn).

Thịt rửa sạch với muối, cắt miếng vừa ăn. Xong đem chiên, mình chiên chung với trứng để đỡ tốn thời gian nha. Chiên cho thịt chín đều là được.

Bước cuối cùng chỉ cần làm mỡ hành là có thể ăn rồi ^^. Cho dầu vào chảo, đợi dầu nóng, bạn đổ hành lá vào. Cho thêm 1 muỗng hạt nêm (hoặc muối cũng được, vì khi trộn mình không cho thêm 1 loại gia vị nào cả). Cho mỡ hành chín, thơm rồi vớt ra chén. Xong sau đó, bạn cho hủ tíu, trứng, thịt, mỡ hành vào tô. Khi ăn thì trộn đều lên (cho thêm 1 chút tiêu vào để ngon hơn nhé).
